Seating Information
The Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) is primarily a convention and exhibition venue rather than a traditional arena, so it does not have a permanent bowl with fixed sections, rows, and seats. Instead, the seating layout is built fresh for each event. Most events take place across the venue's large flat-floor exhibit halls.
- West Hall, South Hall, Concourse Hall, and Kentia Hall — over 720,000 square feet of flexible space used for concerts, expos, esports, and trade shows.
- 299-seat theater — a smaller, fixed-seat space used for select programming.
- Concerts and live shows — usually configured with general admission floor areas or temporary reserved chairs, so seat numbers may not apply.
- Fan expos and trade shows — typically general admission with open walking floors rather than assigned seats.
Our advice: because layouts change by event, we recommend checking your specific event's floor plan before you go. For general admission shows, arriving early is the best way to get close to the stage. Keep in mind that in a large hall, temporary floor positions far from the stage can feel distant, since sightlines depend entirely on how the event is built. The building also offers spacious concourses, accessible entry points, free Wi-Fi, and multiple concession areas.
Parking Information
Parking at the LACC is paid only — there is no free parking — and the venue is cashless, accepting credit and debit cards only (no cash or checks). On-site flat event rates typically run $30–$40 depending on the event and garage, with the nearby Venice Garage often a slightly lower option. The three official garages also serve Crypto.com Arena, Peacock Theater, and L.A. LIVE. General hours are about 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., all sales are final, and there is no re-entry. 24 Level 2 EV charging stations are available across the West and South Hall garages.
- West Hall Garage — 1200 L.A. Live Way, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Closest to the West Hall entrance; entrance is now via L.A. Live Way only. Estimated $30–$40.
- South Hall Garage — Convention Center Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Closest to the South Hall entrance. Estimated $30–$40.
- Venice Garage — off Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Often the more economical choice at around $25, slightly further from the hall entrances.
Official parking details are available at laconventioncenter.com/parking. What to avoid: spots are first-come, first-served and fill quickly during major events, so we recommend arriving early — or taking the Metro E and A Lines to Pico Station, located directly across from the venue, to skip parking entirely.
Box Office Information
The Los Angeles Convention Center does not run a single permanent box office that handles every event. Because it hosts a wide mix of conventions, expos, and concerts, ticketing is managed per event by each show's organizer or promoter, which means the sales platform and entry policies vary from show to show.
- Ticket delivery is most commonly electronic / mobile, and many modern events use mobile-only entry.
- Some events may still offer will-call or printed options, depending entirely on the promoter.
- We recommend always purchasing from the official source for your specific event and reviewing your confirmation for the exact hall, entry point, and delivery method.
The venue's general information line is (213) 741-1151. Please note the building is cashless, so bring a card for any on-site purchases.
